Now Japan is undergoing a major change. The number of the elderly accounts for 30 percent, which is the world’s highest ratio of the elderly. It has just started to happen that what you believe is supposed to be common isn’t common and what you believe is supposed to be uncommon isn’t uncommon. Under these circumstances, some townscapes and habits change while others don’t. Turning an eye to behind the stage should help comprehend what the occurrences really mean. Knowing what Japanese have thought and how they have acted until this day is essential to dig for it.
